Services
For Clients
We will:
- Assess your needs and work with your schedule to find a volunteer opportunity.
- Notify the agency of your assignment so they can expect you.
- Track your volunteer hours.
- When service is completed, generate a timesheet and email it to the court.
- Solicit feedback.
It is the client's responsibility to:
- Let us know of any limitations (physical, transportation) at intake.
- Provide your own transportation to and from the site.
- If applicable, provide your own meals for breaks.
- Call us (not the agency) to reschedule missed appointments.
- Show up for court.
For Agencies
We will:
- Interview and screen the volunteers.
- Perform background checks on volunteers working with vulnerable populations.
- Define a suitable project scope of work that meets the needs of all parties involved.
- Solicit feedback.
- Do periodic check-ins for future projects.
It is the agency's responsibility to:
- Provide an orientation and safety lecture to the volunteers.
- Supervise the volunteers at all times.
- Ensure all valuables are secured.
- Track, record and report hours worked and provide feedback at the end of the shifts.
