For Clients

We will:

  • Assess your needs and work with your schedule to find a volunteer opportunity.
  • Notify the agency of your assignment so they can expect you.
  • Track your volunteer hours.
  • When service is completed, generate a timesheet and email it to the court.
  • Solicit feedback.

 

It is the client's responsibility to:

  • Let us know of any limitations (physical, transportation) at intake.
  • Provide your own transportation to and from the site.
  • If applicable, provide your own meals for breaks.
  • Call us (not the agency) to reschedule missed appointments.
  • Show up for court.

For Agencies

We will:

  • Interview and screen the volunteers.
  • Perform background checks on volunteers working with vulnerable populations.
  • Define a suitable project scope of work that meets the needs of all parties involved.
  • Solicit feedback.
  • Do periodic check-ins for future projects.

 

It is the agency's responsibility to:

  • Provide an orientation and safety lecture to the volunteers.
  • Supervise the volunteers at all times.
  • Ensure all valuables are secured.
  • Track, record and report hours worked and provide feedback at the end of the shifts.
